About AUTOMAISE

Automaise is an enterprise AI platform that automates complex customer service interactions across voice, email, chat, WhatsApp, and SMS. We help large enterprises improve operational efficiency, reduce customer service costs at scale, and deliver better customer experiences through AI Agents that integrate with existing CRM, CCaaS, and ERP systems.

Our clients include Via Verde, EDP, Generali, Altice, and Continente. We compete at the enterprise level against global players and are expanding fast across Portugal, Spain, and the UK.

The Role

Automaise has great stories to tell: AI agents handling millions of customer conversations, household-name clients, and a team growing across three countries. Many of those stories are still stuck in slide decks and meeting rooms, and we need someone to film them, animate them, and share them.

As our Videographer & Motion Designer, you will turn complex technology into content people want to watch. One week you're interviewing a client in Lisbon or Madrid. The next you're animating how an AI agent resolves a customer call, then running the livestream for our all-hands. No two months will look the same.

You will report to the VP of Marketing and be part of the marketing team, working alongside teammates who will support you from brief to final cut. You'll bring your own ideas and shape the concepts, then present them to the VP of Marketing for approval before bringing them to life. We take the craft seriously, and we trust and respect your creative judgment. You'll also help build our in-house studio from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Tell our clients' stories
    • Film and edit client case studies and testimonials with leading brands across Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
    • Travel to client sites and partner offices to capture interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Cover the expansion as it happens
    • Film conferences, trade shows, and industry events in Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
    • Document Automaise's growth into new markets: new offices, new clients, new milestones.
  • Make AI visible
    • Design and animate product demos and explainer videos that make complex AI simple and engaging.
    • Build a branded motion graphics toolkit (templates, lower thirds, transitions, and animated assets) that gives every video a consistent look.
  • Feed the channels
    • Produce short-form video for LinkedIn and social media, including clips, reels, and behind-the-scenes content that shows the real Automaise.
    • Create employer branding content that shows what it's like to build at Automaise.
  • Run our internal broadcasts
    • Set up and run live streaming for internal events, all-hands, and webinars.
    • Film and edit recaps of team moments and company events.
  • Build the studio
    • Help select gear and set up our in-house studio with a dedicated equipment budget.
    • Experiment with AI video tools to speed up production and find new creative formats.

Minimum requirements

What We're Looking For

A versatile creator who is as comfortable behind the camera as in the timeline. You can light an interview in a boardroom in the morning and animate a product explainer in the afternoon. You care about craft, you move fast, and you enjoy making technology look good.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in video production and motion design, whether in-house, at an agency, or freelance.
  • A strong portfolio or showreel covering both live-action video and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for editing, and After Effects for motion design.
  • Hands-on experience with live streaming tools such as OBS or StreamYard, and remote recording tools like Riverside.
  • Experience filming interviews, including framing, lighting, audio, and putting people at ease on camera.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once, from pre-production to final delivery.
  • Fluent in Portuguese or English.
  • Available for monthly travel, mainly to Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, and London.
  • Based in or near the Braga region, or with easy access to our HQ.

Nice to Have

  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Experience with B2B, tech, or SaaS content.
  • Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway.

What Good Looks Like In The First 90 Days

  • 30 days: Studio and gear set up, first pieces of content shipped, and a solid understanding of our product, brand, and key stories.
  • 60 days: Branded motion graphics toolkit designed and in use across new content.
  • 90 days: First major client interview filmed, edited, and published, with a steady production rhythm running alongside the marketing team.

What We Offer

  • Great stories to tell: AI, enterprise clients, and international expansion, with the freedom to tell them in creative ways.
  • A studio to build: a dedicated budget and real creative input into our in-house studio.
  • Travel: regular trips to Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, and London for interviews, events, and client shoots, with all expenses covered. (More cities may be added as expansion progresses)
  • Room to grow: a learning budget and access to the latest AI creative tools.
  • A front-row seat to company growth: you'll document a fast-scaling AI company as it expands across Europe.
  • Hybrid flexibility: at Braga HQ one day a week and on shoot days, remote the rest of the time.
  • Health insurance and standard benefits.
